We are equal parts design agency, software engineering firm and consultancy. Our approach draws the best elements of each to deliver transformative work for our clients.Role Responsibilities:As a crucial member of our Project Management team, your role involves ensuring the delivery of exceptional work and assisting our clients in reaching their full potential. You will oversee multiple client accounts, guiding customers through our processes and methodologies.You will be expected to;Set budgets, timelines, and expectations for projects, serving as the daily contact for clients to ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, and deliveries.Motivate internal project teams to foster a positive working environment and pride in project contributions.Engage in strategic work with clients to some extent, contributing to the overall success of projects.Use your project management skills, including scoping, planning, and running processes collaboratively with clients.Utilise your experience managing digital solutions within a creative agency.Showcase expertise in managing development teams and delivering complex digital products and engaging brand experiences.Exhibit a friendly, calm demeanour in the face of challenges and a genuine care for the visual and experiential aspects of projects.You will have;Minimum 1 years of experience managing digital solutions in a creative / digital agency or from a similar industry.Experience in managing design and development teams.You will have excellent and proven project management skills, including scoping, planning, and running processes with clients.Ability to participate in strategic discussions with clients.A friendly, calm, and considered approach in the face of challenges.Passion for aesthetics and user experience.As an Everyone employee, we value intelligence, talent, and engaging personalities capable of delivering exceptional standards.
