Job Summary
As Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will play a crucial role within our Client Services function by overseeing the smooth execution and delivery of complex client projects spanning various services such as SEO, Earned Media, Paid Media, and Creative.Your responsibilities will encompass proactive planning, efficient execution, and meticulous management of all digital activities from inception to conclusion. Central to your role will be upholding exceptional quality standards and facilitating prompt communication and reporting to clients.You will work collaboratively with Account Manager’s to ensure client objectives, expectations, and requirements are translated to service teams and our delivery schedules.You will be highly driven and organised, detail and solution-focused with a forward-thinking attitude, as well as being an excellent team player.Key ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and service teams to ensure comprehensive and seamless delivery of cross-service client projects.
Develop, manage, and oversee comprehensive project scopes and delivery plans, including timelines, utilisation, and budgets.
Working closely with Client Services Director, Commerical Director and Operations to proactively resolve delivery challenges, as well as celebrate successes with the goal of continuously enhancing our ways of working and processes
Conduct risk assessments and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of project outputs and ensure robust service delivery.
Foster collaborative environments between Client Services and various service teams to ensure a unified approach to meeting client requirements, enhancing cross-team collaboration.
Regularly evaluate resource efficiency and utilisation to maximize profitability of deliverables.
Maintain constant communication with stakeholders, including Account Managers and Heads of Service, to integrate client business objectives and manage relationships effectively.
Working collaboratively with Account Manager’s to understand client expectations, communication requirements, pain points and key areas for success to ensure this is translated into service team delivery schedules
Participate in regular status calls, check-ins, and manage SLAs for service teams as appropriate.
Monitor project progress against goals using tools like Google Analytics and project management software for accurate reporting and data-driven decision making.
Involvement in client onboarding, having a clear understanding of client contract, SLAs and scope of work to manage onboarding process and align with service teams
When appropriate, having an active involvement in our pitch process to ensure efficient delivery
Ensure alignment of team efforts with added-value activities and strategic growth plans.
Training of appropriate team members on fundamentals of Project Management, when required. Upskilling of service teams on Project Management best practices
Working collaboratively with the Innovation team to review tools and solutions that allow us to improve our Project Management efficiencies through technology

Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital or creative agency environment is preferred
Essential Skills
Proven ability to manage digital projects across various channels such as SEO, SEM, and social media.
Strong technical proficiency with CMS, SEO practices, and familiarity with project management software.
Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Non-Essential Skills
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Skills in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
