Here are some examples to give you a flavour of what you'll do:Lead the end to end delivery of digital projects, from initiation to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignmentFacilitating client success by initiating projects effectively, defining project visions, devising delivery plans and establishing robust project governanceMotivate and inspire project teams, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure successful project deliveryIdentify potential risks and issues early on, developing mitigation strategies and effectively managing risk throughout the project lifecycleBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and alignment on project goals and objectivesIdentifying and addressing potential resource conflicts swiftly and effectivelyManaging project backlogs using Microsoft DevOps, maintaining organisation and efficiencyActively participate in lessons learned sessions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery processes.Did we mention that we offer flexible working which includes remote or hybrid.
