Job Title: Digital Product Manager/Owner Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Location: London - Office Based Job Description: You will be responsible for the web and mobile digital products that will underpin the customer experience. This includes the design, development, and launch of new digital products and features, and then their ongoing management and optimisation. The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully leading product development teams, working closely with technical delivery partners and have experience in digital product management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the websites and mobile apps, ensuring that the product aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the client. Work closely with cross-functional internal and third-party teams including product, engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Engage with key stakeholders to organise and prioritise the product backlog. Act as the product subject matter expert, regularly communicating progress and updates to key stakeholders. Be an advocate/voice for the customers by helping to shape and/or conduct user research and incorporating their feedback to improve the products. Collaborate with the design team to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, which are consistent with the client brand hierarchy. Run Agile ceremonies and set up Agile tools and ways of working. Identify and track key metrics to monitor and analyse product performance and use data to inform product decisions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with senior management to align product strategy with overall business objectives and to facilitate collaboration across the business in a timely manner.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally with a focus on sports and hospitality industry. Strong experience in product development and launch, with a proven track record of successful product launches. Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and Agile development methodologies. An Agile Certification (e.g. Certified Product Owner / Scrum Master) would be desirable but not essential if a strong practical background and experience in the field can be demonstrated. Experience in selecting and contracting third parties.
