Digital Optimisation Specialist

The Opportunity
We are looking for an Onsite Optimization Specialist, based in the UK you will work closely with the US Technical & IT teams. You will report to the Manager, on-site optimization and work with the Senior Manager, Digital store and you will lead the conversion rate optimization (CRO), support with A/B testing by partnering with the AB Tester and ensure the platform health is optimized.

Your Impact
Highlight country website and apps improvements related to Search & Navigation, products discoverability, Product Recommendations, Ratings & Reviews, seamless purchase funnel improve customer experience and increase conversion rate.
Manage a website optimization roadmap at a country level aligned with the QI one, including idea management, testing, optimization and reporting needs (with the support of web analyst)
Audit and analyze funnel metrics to address areas for growth in conversion rates.
React to business opportunities and challenges to maximize results.
Partner with the A/B testing team to implement the testing program following the Optimization priorities.
Track and resolve website "bug" issues
Coordinate On-site Optimization projects across ecommerce teams, tech Product Managers and external vendors.
