Digital Optimisation Specialist - Up to £40K + Benefits – Hybrid Working - London
Overview:
We are working with one of the market leaders and most exciting organisations within the retail sector. We’re seeking for an analytical problem solver to join their Digital team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role and be comfortable with E2E project ownership and stakeholder management.
You'll be at the forefront of merging technology, data analytics, and marketing initiatives to enhance their brand's online presence and drive business growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on analytics data from GA4, Content Square to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Develop conversion optimisation proposals for elements such as landing pages, lead generation forms and more.
Take ownership of leading the project planning and implementation E2E, with support from the Head of Digital and the rest of the team.
Work with the creative team to develop and launch new visual assets to improve the website.
Run A/B and multivariate tests, to ensure maximum ROI from your optimisations, and regularly share your findings with the business.
Utilise tools such as HotJar to find and share insights that give the team a deeper understanding of customer motivations and pain points.
Stay laser focused on market trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to keep the team informed of any competitor activity or emerging opportunities
Essential Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role working in an ecommerce environment
Experience using analytical tools such as GA4, Microsoft Excel
Proven skills and experience with analytical tasks
Excellent communication skills and highly collaborative individual
Proven track record of building relationships and working with external agencies when needed
Ideally have experience with A/B testing or multivariate testing and keen to develop
Package:
Salary ranging from £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
