The role:
Are you an ecommerce trading professional with a record of building brands across multiple shopping platforms? If so, this is the perfect role for you! This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-growing health and wellness scale-up… you’ll be responsible for managing 4 ecommerce channels including brand website (Shopify), Amazon (alongside an external agency), online retail (customer accounts such as Boots, Holland and Barrett) and TikTok within this ground-breaking organisation.

What you'll be doing:
As Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll be working on all ecommerce D2C channels across our international markets. You’ll execute the trading strategy and activities with excellence to deliver return on investment and sales growth. The role will report into a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager and will work very closely with the rest of the marketing team including Senior Brand Manager, Social Media Manager and in-house Designer.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing listings and executing pricing strategies alongside third parties to optimise efficiencies of range, marketing, promotions and pricing across all 4 channels.
Managing brand reputation online through managing authorised sellers and the monitoring of unauthorised sales channels and third-party resellers.
Building a new TikTok channel to deliver new incremental growth to the business, testing, learning and adapting to maximise sales in this exciting new platform.
Optimising the trading on our own Shopify websites by focusing on driving conversions, subscribers and AOV.
Working with the brand team and third-party agency to manage commercial offers and performance of affiliate marketing partners.
Working closely with the marketing and commercial teams to execute engaging product listings, promotions and creative for the ecommerce channels.
Developing a good day-to-day working relationship with our external Amazon marketing agency to maximise delivery and ROI.
Leveraging digital analytics, sales data and consumer insights to drive marketing & sales efficiencies and optimise ROI.
Using sales data to understand what promotions and offers have driven the best results to inform the ongoing trading plan.
Staying at the forefront of effective trading and marketing executions and tactics to drive maximum sales and stay ahead of our competitive set.
What we're looking for:
A proven record of achieving high levels of growth on at least one of the ecommerce channels mentioned above.
Experience of ecommerce analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, or within Shopify/Amazon).
Prior experience of using Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central.
Strong commercial understanding.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and high attention to detail.
A ‘can-do’ attitude with an ability to act at pace.
Passion and desire to learn with the ability to quickly grasp new things.
A self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
It would be an advantage if you have:
Experience of working in a small, fast-growing business.
A background working or interest in health and wellness.
TikTok platform knowledge.
Experience managing brands internationally across platforms.
Working with external agencies.
