Supporting the Senior Merchandising Manager in executing web merchandising strategies across Web, App, and In-Store Digital Browse for UK & IE.
Ensuring excellence in delivery through collaboration with other merchandising managers.
Lead a team to optimise the online customer experience, aiming for improved conversion and revenue.
Collaborate with Digital Trading Managers to launch new ranges and execute cyclical changes with necessary content & merchandising support.
Utilise content merchandising tools to monitor customer behavior, propose changes, and prioritize A/B testing opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
