What we do is to optimize existing channels and constantly look for innovative ways to send new users to our site and get them to register.Among the channels we are using to drive traffic:SEOAffiliationProgrammaticPaid SearchPaid Socialand many moreThinking out of the box, innovation and attention to details are crucial to keep improving on the existing channels and finding new solutions to test.In order to be able to correctly track how each channel is contributing to driving value, we leverage our Martech team that is looking after tracking and correct channel attribution.When you combine all of this together, the result is an acquisition strategy that goes from the top to the bottom of the acquisition funnel, with accurate measurement and efficient budget allocation focused on ROI maximisation.So, what will you be doing?The set-up of Digital Media campaigns including coordinating creative assets and tracking URLsImplement ongoing changes to live campaigns to ensure they are running as efficiently as possibleLiaise with media companies (such as Facebook and Google) to ensure effective and accurate delivery of our campaignsPerform analysis of live or historical campaigns to detect trends in the data with a view to improving the performance of current and future campaignsWork with our in-house design team to develop new ad creativeCommunicate campaign performance and any learnings to the team and senior stakeholders on a regular basis.And what are we looking for?We’re looking for someone who’s recently graduated with a scientific or numerical based degree.This is an entry-level role so no previous marketing experience is necessary. If you have a natural grasp of numbers, like making evidence-based decisions and are results-driven then this is a great opportunity to learn all about display marketing in an ambitious environment.Key Skills:Strong aptitude for data analysisGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with Pivot Tables is desirableExcellent attention to detailNatural, methodical problem solverHighly effective and clear communicator, both verbally and in writingFocused and highly organisedVisit Job Website
