As a Digital Marketing Specialist within Wolters Kluwer you will support and work with senior team members to deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and objectives to raise brand awareness, promote Wolters Kluwer expertise and thought-leadership, drive business growth and build a pipeline of MQLs to support Sales targets. This involves supporting the execution of demand generation campaigns across digital channels, e.g. supporting email marketing campaigns, creating content for and promoting on social channels, supporting virtual and in-person events, tradeshows and conferences, supporting product launches, promoting thought-leadership and SMEs, digital advertising, lead tracking and reporting, and management of contact data in the marketing database.While knowledge of the financial software space would be preferable, it’s not a pre-requisite, however, candidates should have some experience in executing lead generation and event programs and must also have wider digital Marketing/Marketing generalist skills and experience.Responsibilities:Support and execute a digital and field demand generation plans and campaigns in line with overall business objectives.Foster seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts by working closely with local sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders.Acts as a liaison with some external service providers, such as event suppliers or design firms, to discuss sponsorship terms & conditions or minor design & print jobs.Conduct in-depth market research to comprehend regional trends and competitive landscapes, shaping targeted marketing campaigns.Support logistics associated with tradeshows and events, including on-site support when necessaryWrite and/or edit/proof-read

material or enhance existing material (e.g. email, website, event invitations, direct mail, invitations etc.) and collaborate closely with the content and product marketing team ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing strategies for improvement. Generate monthly reports to track performance.Assist with internal marketing communications and ensure the availability of current Marketing assets and activity reports on internal resource channels, e.g. SharePoint.Qualifications and Skillset:University or Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in related discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications)Proven experience including related experience in the high-tech industry (ideally with global financial services software or software/consultancy in general).Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, strategic and analytical capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Organization/logistics/project
management of projects lasting more than 3 monthsData-driven, comfortable interpreting dataExcellent communicator and people skillsA creative and innovative thinker who loves contributing to a teamDriven, determined and ambitious - a real hunger to do great work and build an impressive careerStrong presentation, writing and editing skillsMS office programs, in particular Word, PPT and ExcelPreferable SkillsFamiliarity with marketing automation systems such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot etc.Familiarity with SEM & SEO, including Google Ads, Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with CRM solutions, e.g. SalesForceHTML editor and web publishing experience is a plus, e.g. SitecoreKnowledge of CanvaGraphics/image application (e.g. PaintShop Pro, PhotoShop) is a plusFluent in English (written and orally) required.
