Digital & Campaign Manager�



Manchester or�Nottingham - Hybrid



Join a boutique Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Manchester and Nottingham who are recognised for their commitement to customer satisfaction. They also develop fully bespoke software and provide low cost�solutions through Microsoft platforms, empowering�clients to stay ahead of the curve and remain competitive in their markets.�



Are you a Marketing Manager who embraces new technologies and has an IT or technology background. Experience in an MSP environment would be beneficial. You will become a key part of the team, improving the�marketing plan and strategy alongside the Sales Director.�



Key Responsibilities:�





  • Working with the Sales Director to create and execute the marketing strategy.�




  • Suggest innovative ideas for articles and blogs�




  • Manage social media activity and update the company website using� our Prismic CMS and other digital platforms.�




  • Deliver email campaigns and track key metrics to create marketing engagement reports and monitor campaign success.�




  • Create sales support and marketing literature, including original publications, insight reports, blogs, articles, and marketing collateral.�




  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring adherence to core values and brand guidelines.�




  • Collaborate and maintain relationship with outsourced web and brand creatives for continuous improvement to brand and collateral.�





Campaign Strategy:�





  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.�




  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.�







Content Management:�





  • Create and oversee the production of engaging content for digital platforms.�




  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.�







Analytics and Reporting:�





  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.�




  • Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes and insights for improvement.�







SEO/SEM:�





  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to increase website traffic and lead generation.�





Social Media Management:�





  • Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.�




  • Oversee social media content creation and community management.�





Budget Management:�





  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.�




  • Monitor spending and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.�





Collaboration:�





  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.�




  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.�
