Salary : up to £60K (DOE) + share options & benefits (full list upon request)
Location:
Bloomsbury, London - hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office
The Mission
Our client has built a new groundbreaking multiplayer online video content creation platform. A team of experts has been assembled to deliver the ultimate cloud content editing experience for creators and business teams.
The Role:
They're seeking a creative, dynamic and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the product team & C-Suite, you’ll be responsible for driving successful campaigns and initiatives across various digital channels. This is an exciting time to join, as you’ll get in at the start and be able to make your mark!
Your mission will be to:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive excitement, brand awareness, viral growth and conversion.
Conceive and weave stories through content marketing to engage their target cohorts of both creators and professional teams on the possibilities of the platform and why it should become the new paradigm in video production platforms.
Identify and highlight key competitive benefits of the platform over pure ‘feeds and speeds’ type approach.
Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Lead ABM campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to optimise paid social and programmatic media advertising campaigns across all relevant platforms such as Google, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, etc. and drive ROI.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI and drive continuous improvement and growth through A/B testing and other methodology.
Be well read and up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience they’re looking for:
Excellent eye for creativity.
Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing roles within the SaaS sector.
Empathy with the Creator sector either through personal passion in creating video content or working within a marketing team that creates video content.
Experience and solid understanding of website and video software/tools.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced/startup environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
