Hay Hampers is a well-established ecommerce business specialising in luxury food & drink hampers and corporate gifts. The business competes in the online gifting market and is part of a larger European food business, Moguntia Food Group.
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
As a key strategic player we need you to bring your energy and drive to help create momentum and implement our plans for growth. Being a strongly entrepreneurial business, you will need to be able to balance the ethos of the brand alongside commercial acumen and awareness. Most importantly you will need a genuine passion to make things happen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
Measuringand reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Ensure website/ecommerce site is continuously updated in line with products and promotions.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Manage day-day department activities ie: overseeing of both digital and printed marketing materials.
Bring energy and drive to the department, with a can-do mentality, with an action orientated attitude and with personal qualities of enthusiasm, hard work and ambition.
Requirements and skills
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience/Qualifications/Education and Person Specification Demonstrate experience in third party marketplace
Proven digital/ecommerce marketing and commercial experience in a similar role or related field
Proven experience in developing digital marketing strategy and activation
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practice and website analytics
Proven experience in managing website content with up to date knowledge of trends and technology, inc SEO
Passionate about Ecommerce with proven experience
Ability to communicate at all levels, internal and external
Ability to build internal relationships quickly with all levels
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Full Driving Licence

Get Response or similar, Marketing Automation Tool Advanced.
Ecommerce CMS (magento or similar)- Advanced
Additional Information: Hours of Work: Mon Fri 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive salary dependant on experience
Holidays: 33 days inc bank holidays
