Salary – £35,000

Work Pattern – On Site – 5 days
Oscar Digital have partnered with a market leader in the hair and beauty industry. This company work with beauty professionals across the UK and Ireland, retailing luxury beauty products and providing extensive training. Since opening in 2006, this company have grown significantly and have acquired a number of brands. This is an exciting opportunity with a lot of potential for the right candidate.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their passionate team. This role will be very hands-on and involve working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an ecommerce environment, both B2B and B2C, maximising sales through UX, marketing strategy and merchandising.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategy to support the growth of the business.
Run end-to-end paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta.
On page and technical SEO.
Implement UX best practice across the websites.
Support the brand teams in planning and delivering new product launches.
Oversee email marketing platform, creating and managing workflows.
Requirements:
Experience in a Marketing role for an Ecommerce brand.
A proven track record of improving online sales performance.
BigCommerce experience (preferred)
