Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role will be accountable for the delivery and analysis of all paid digital marketing in UK and European markets, and for driving customer acquisition at scale. Working across multiple channels, this role will be pivotal in helping to achieve overall marketing and business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, ideally within fashion retail. You will be ambitious, an energetic self starter and data centric. You will have an analytical and strategic mindset, and be confident creating, implementing and managing marketing campaigns and budgets across multiple channels and regions. Job Responsibilities:Initiate, lead and develop the Digital Marketing strategy for Western markets, aligning with overall business goals Work closely with internal stakeholders and the wider Marketing team to continually improve the performance of all digital marketing activity Adopt a test and learn mentality whilst testing new innovative ideas to drive performance Analyse performance, provide detailed reports and utilise insights to continually optimise campaigns Take full ownership of the Digital Marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimised and ROAS targets are being met Keep up to date with industry updates, regularly sharing opportunities and recommendations on new initiatives Build strong relationships with partners Line management and development of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive Requirements:3+ years experience working in a Digital Marketing role Proven track record of achieving campaign KPIs A strong analytical mindset, with a proven ability to make data driven decisions Tech literacy, skills in Excel Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Proven experience of managing large media budgets A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Line management experience Knowledge of fashion retail is preferred Able to work as part of a small team in a rapidly changing business.
