Job DescriptionWe are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager (b2c) / PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager to join one of the fastest growing consumer businesses in the UK. They are growing rapidly and boast an agile working environment. With a small team, the scope of this role will broaden, and you will have the opportunity to work across different channels and broaden your experience. This role is full-time and permanent, working in the Central London (Zone 1) office 4 days per week (1 day work remote). They're paying £50k to £60k with a 10% bonus. You will work with a small team, so it's hands on and fast-paced, and you'll learn a lot. You will report to the Digital Director. The Digital Marketing Manager (b2c) / PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager will: * Develop the paid search strategy for the business.*Gather insights on competitors within the market. * Prepare & manage budgets and reporting for your area.* Work closely with other members of the acquisition to team to manage and optimize all paid activity.* Keep up to date with the latest trends and develop/test new methodologies.The Digital Marketing Manager (b2c) / PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager should: * Have 3+ years of experience in PPC in Google Ads, working for b2c business e.g. Travel, tourism, fashion, retail, eCommerce, cosmetics, beauty, health & wellness, any consumer goods * Experience having worked in a digital marketing agency is a plus* Experience working in-house, and having managed the performance of external agencies, is a plus
