Job DescriptionRole Location: London (Hybrid working), with occasional travel to New York and ItalyStart Date: ASAPAbout the Premium Dance Shoe company: Our client is a premium dance shoe brand, created by a dancer for dancers. Their products are constructed of fine leather to ensure support, stability, and flexibility. With Associates in Broadway and the West-End, and shops in London and New York, they're embarking on their next phase of growth, with exciting plans to open shops in new locations globally and build the brand in new markets.About the Digital Marketing Manager role:This is a new role within the business, to help drive growth of the brand on a global scale. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the UK Director and the Founder and will have the opportunity to shape the role. The remit will be to shape and own the multi-channel digital marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy encompassing social media, website, e-commerce, content and other digital channels.Built a consistent corporate brand and image.Create compelling content for digital channels.Optimise the online customer journey to drive e-commerce sales.Build brand awareness around launches into new locations.Work with West End partners to co-ordinate and promote the shop window display in London.Candidate Profile:This role would suit a digital marketing specialist who can work autonomously to develop digital marketing strategies. You’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves and be hands on where needed, bringing a can-do attitude.
