Job DescriptionThis opportunity is offered on a hybrid working basis, one day per week on site in the Leicester office.About the roleAs a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the charge in elevating our brand through engaging Paid Media campaigns and top-notch SEO strategies. This hybrid role involves not just strategic planning but hands-on execution, making it perfect for someone with a broad range of digital marketing skills. Your creativity and drive will play a crucial role in achieving key performance indicators, reporting on campaign performance, and continuously optimising our digital campaigns and SEO efforts.About the businessFlogas Britain is one of the largest distributors of off-grid energy in the UK and has over 30 years’ experience of providing solutions to both commercial and domestic customers, principally in the form of liquid gas. The business has a longstanding record of organic growth driven by new installations, underpinned by a strong technical engineering expertise and capability, which combined with a number of bolt-on acquisitions have resulted in its market share increasing from 10% to over 30%.The recent acquisition of Protech by Flogas Britain further extends the business’ capabilities in this regard to provide innovative and lower carbon solutions into the commercial sector; combining renewable-ready gas combustion with alternative technologies such as heat-pumps, solar power and electric vehicle charging to provide a complete solution to customers and assisting them on their own path to net zero. Flogas Britain has revenues in excess of £300 million and employs over 1,200 people across its multi-sited operation across Britain with its headquarters in Syston, Leicestershire.ResponsibilitiesPaid Per Click (PPC) Management: Creation and set up of new campaigns, along with the maintenance of and recommendations from existing campaigns across all relevant social media and digital channels. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): highlighting all required technical SEO actions and assisting development on amendments, comprehensive targeting analysis and keyword research. Content and outreach support: full assessment of on-site content, content creation and optimisation, as well as creation of a detailed outreach analysis, including an on-going link development & outreach strategy. CRO - Use of data and testing to understand prospect and customer activity on the website with the primary aims of improving lead generation and conversion rate Campaign Execution: Using HubSpot as a platform to drive digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and more, to drive high-quality leads and conversions. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for improved conversion rates. Lead Tracking: Working with divisional Marketing Managers, use HubSpot to ensure lead capture, event tracking, and campaign automation for a consistent journey through the sales funnel. Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and leverage insights to optimise campaigns for better results. Reporting: Generate regular reports and performance dashboards, communicating key metrics and results to stakeholders.Ideal Candidate BackgroundDigital marketing experience, specialising in paid media campaigns and SEO Proficiency in Search and Social platforms, including Google & META ads (Certifications are a plus). Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, marketing automation tools, and HubSpot. Proven analytical skills, showcasing the ability to derive insights from large data sets. Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
