Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive sales, brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Drive personalised, results-driven campaigns that engage our audience and boost brand visibility through the power of mobile messaging.Segmentation and Targeting: Segment the database based on customer demographics, behaviour, and preferences to deliver personalised and relevant content.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise elements, such as subject lines, email copy, images, and send times, to improve campaign performance.List Growth: Implement strategies to grow the subscriber list, including opt-in forms, lead magnets, and other acquisition tactics.Automation: Set up and maintain marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and customers at various stages of the customer journey.Content Creation: Develop compelling content and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.Copywriting: Showcase exceptional copywriting skills across marketing channels, captivating audiences with persuasive, on-brand messaging that drives results.Proof-reading: Ensure the accuracy and quality of our content as a skilled proofreader, making sure our message is consistently clear and error-free.Email Template Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines.Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all digital marketing channels, materials, and campaigns.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, sales, and product managers, to ensure alignment of marketing strategy.Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.International Markets: Liaise with and support the International businesses across email marketing and SMS marketing platforms.Compliance: Ensure marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and PECR.Person ProfileDegree or equivalent in a Marketing or Business related subject preferred but not essential.2 years’ experience in email marketing or a related field is highly desirable. This could include roles such as Email Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Coordinator.Proficiency with email marketing software platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Bloomreach. Knowledge of HTML for email coding is beneficial.Ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns.Familiarity with marketing automation tools to set up automated email campaigns, drip campaigns, and workflows and experience with CRM platforms for integrating email marketing efforts.
