opportunity for an enthusiastic digital marketing executive with a paid media and SEO bias to join our award-winning agency, supporting our growing client base in health, science and tech to bring their digital ambitions to life.As a creative agency, we're interested in pushing the boundaries of client briefs and helping them realise the art of the possible - providing industry insight, digital leadership, and delivering on the tangible outputs of digital marketing activity.Reporting directly into our Marketing Director, and with the support of our Digital Marketing Managers, this role will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:Communicating directly with clients to take briefs, understand their needs and report back on progress towards deadlines.End to end management and administration of jobs through the studio, which may involve co-ordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.Creation, management, and optimisation of Pay Per Click (PPC) and social advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Involvement in Search Engine Optimisation campaigns identifying on-site, off-site, and technical optimisation opportunities to increase organic discoverability.Briefing our designers on creative requirements to support your multi-channel activity.Management of website updates and supporting larger website design and development projects.Checking work for accuracy including proof reading and testing.Using data and analytics to provide evaluation and ideas for solutions, new projects and sharing best practice with the team.Collating and presenting monthly reports demonstrating the effectiveness of our digital marketing activity.Working closely with the senior members of the team initially, it is anticipated that you will reach a certain level of autonomy quickly and be able to manage some smaller projects independently.The ideal candidate will have:1-2 years digital marketing experience (preferably in an agency or experience working with multiple clients and competing priorities).Experience and an understanding of real-world PPC & SEO campaign management that can be presented through a portfolio of projects.Experience of using Google Tag Manager (desirable – training can be provided if not)A balance of creative flair and data driven decision making, having the ability to spot trends and patterns that inform the creative direction of campaign activity.A passion for digital marketing and a genuine interest in how your expertise can support multi-channel marketing strategies.A positive, can-do attitude towards work with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other team members.Strong reporting skills and ability to communicate results with non-technical audiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail.A desire to continually improve your skills and knowledge.Salary will be between £25-30k per annum (depending on
