Digital Marketing Executive

As one of our Digital Marketing Executives, you’ll:join a team of two responsible for enabling a variety of marketing initiatives via the use of marketing technology work towards becoming one of our super-users for a number of our marketing tools - our Customer Data Platform (CDP), Testing/Personalisation, CMS, Tag Manager and more collaborate with brand and performance marketing to execute campaigns ensuring best practice is followed and controls are in place to manage effective delivery assist teams in analysing campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities to put forward your own campaign ideasWe’re looking for someone who is:able to show their understanding in digital channel marketing processes and strategies: PPC, SEO, CRM, CRO, content marketing / CMS, socialnot afraid to fail and will test and learn, this includes tools used, setting out a hypothesis and reporting on resultsknowledgeable of the MarTech platform landscape and their various applicationsof a commercial mindset – understanding of marketing KPIs and applying them to performance forecasting and analysisable to quickly adapt to changing situations and not be afraid to put forward creative solutions to challenges that may arise (We know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don’t have to match all the bullet points above to be considered for this role.)
