Set up, monitor, and enhance the performance of targeted advertising campaigns.Create and manage in-house digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.Conduct weekly reporting on the performance of campaigns to inform strategy adjustments.Set up, review, and optimise paid social ads based on key performance indicators (KPIs).Manage the website’s SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.Lead on all digital development projects, ensuring they align with the company’s goals.Support the marketing coordinator with digital marketing activities.Uphold brand guardianship across all digital platforms.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and digital marketing trends. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a digital marketing role.Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).A data-led mindset with a focus on analytics and performance metrics.Confident communicator with the ability to articulate campaign results and insights.Strong experience with SEO and paid social media campaigns.
