The successful candidate will be responsible for company websites and social media presence, including content creation and distribution, organic presence and advertising.What’s in it for you?SAalary up to £36,000 depending on experienceCompany pensionCycle to work schemeFree parkingLife insuranceOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceSick payWhat will the Digital Marketing Specialist be doing?Manage company social media channels, including Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram/YouTube, etc.Create and implement activity that meets business objectives and is aligned with marketing campaignsCreate assets and content for distribution on website, social media and other relevant channelsBe the primary contact for social media agency activitiesManage company’s websitesImplement regular updates to websites using CMSPropose website activity that is aligned to business, objectives and marketing campaign activityMonitor activity plans, timelines and budgetsBe the primary point of contact for website agencyBe an integral member of the marketing team, including working with external agencies where appropriate by:Participating actively in marketing campaign developmentProvide additional support when required to other marketing activities such as at events and photoshootsWhat are we looking for?Experience of working with suppliers and marketing/design agenciesExperience of website CMSManaging website and social media agenciesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and CMS software and Adobe Creative Suite.Design skills including moderate proficiency in Adobe suite.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an excellent eye for detailAbility to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.Outstanding organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage your own time.Creative thinker and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.The ability to work on multiple projects at one timeGood attention to detail and accuracyQualificationsMarketing qualification such as CIM, Batchelors Degree, or similar would be advantageous but not essential.If you are interested in this role please apply with CV and cover letter!Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by OA, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
