Job Description
We are looking for someone with a passion for running and endurance sports to join a young, passionate and growing company. Sports Media Agency is part of a network including RunThrough and numerous other brands with offices in London, Manchester and Loughborough. This role will be based in Loughborough.
Job responsibilities:
Work on our portfolio of brands and clients.
Create graphics and videos for all types of media, including social media and websites.
Creating and implementing content plans for our social media channels.
SEO management
Website managerment
Work with our content team to make sure our digital assets are always up to date
Create, modify, adapt and report PPC campaigns and come up with recommendations and new ideas to advance campaigns. Primarily Google and Facebook Ads.
Help make proposals for clients
Key skills we are looking for:
Agency experience preferable
A love of sport, ideally running!
Experience and demonstrable success in Digital Marketing in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Experience of multi-channel marketing, creating and implementing campaigns simultaneously using digital channels including email, web, social media, and third parties.
Demonstrable project management/campaign management experience, ideally with product management and communications expertise
Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and meet competing demands.
Be comfortable with working on your own as well as part of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
One to five years of digital marketing experience.
Experience with setting up Facebook/Instagram/Linkedin/Tiktok/Google Ads
Knowledge of Wordpress
Experience in using Photoshop and Canva to create content
Able to use video editing software like Final Cut or the Adobe suite
University graduates preferred but not essential

Love making content with the skills to back it up
Want to work in a fast paced environment where there is always something else to do
SALARY: £20,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
HOURS: Monday - Friday. Flexible hours. Three days in our office at Canal House (Bom Bom) in Loughborough (or on site at event) and two flexible days.
