Primary objective of the job:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting team and help deliver our brand campaigns through our owned digital channels - primarily email and website. This role will focus on supporting the Channels Marketing Manager and Senior Campaigns and PR Manager in executing the marketing plan. You will play a key role in coordinating briefs and activity with our Ecommerce, Customer Strategy and international partner teams to drive customer engagement and sales.
What you'll be doing:
Support the Channels Marketing Manager and Ecommerce teams to plan and execute brand campaigns, tactical promotions, seasonal collections and product launches across digital channels. Brief and coordinate the marketing activity and creative assets across the online and email channels, including campaign launches and BAU. Work closely with the Social Media and PR Coordinator to plan and execute content plans across online and email channels. Work with the Traffic Manager to ensure briefs are delivered on time and assets are signed off through the creative review process. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for the Ecommerce and Customer Strategy teams, working with the Channels Marketing Manager to brief-in and deliver requirements for owned digital channels. Brief and coordinate campaign assets for our international ecommerce partner, wholesale and concessions partners. Support the team on briefing of brand paid media across digital channels. Work with the Customer Strategy Team to monitor and report on performance of emails and take these learnings into planning and briefs. Support the Channels Marketing Manager, Senior Campaigns and PR Manager, and Brand and Marketing Lead to shape and deliver overall marketing strategy. Where appropriate manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies. Where appropriate track and file invoices on behalf of the wider team. What you'll need:
You will need to have experience in brand and creative marketing across digital channels You will have experience in email planning and briefing. You will have experience in briefing content for ecommerce channels, including homepages, landing pages and various content pages on websites You will have experience using Asana or other workflow management tools Experience in briefing assets across other digital and social media channels is a bonus You are highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage a busy schedule with excellent communication and written skills You will have the ability and confidence to liaise with people from all over the business (up to director level) and external suppliers A good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint What we will offer you:
