You will be instrumental in consulting informed insights that will therefore guide our client's strategy for ongoing digital transformation.Over time this is likely to open up a further opportunity for you to build a supporting team toassist you in your expertise and ensure data is at the forefront of all our client’s road maps xpertise and ensure data is at the forefront of all our client’s roadmapsWe're looking for a talented Marketing Data Analyst, who leads the development of datamodels and execution of visual reports that drive fact and define opportunities to enhancedecision-making.Your role will be integral in helping to deliver the product roadmap for marketing dataanalysis across all of our client partners. This will require you to be a strategic thinker,defining right-fit solutions and opportunities. As well as a senior voice, being able toconfidently showcase your knowledge and passion to your colleagues & clients.Day-to-day Responsibilities● Analysing and interpreting data: apply statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to analyse the collected data, uncovering patterns, trends, and insights● Communicating data-driven insights: effectively communicate findings to the output teams, product managers, and stakeholders.Development of data visualisations/dashboards: Present data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner● Gathering and cleaning data: responsible for collecting relevant data from various sources, such as user behaviour analytics, customer feedback, and product usage metrics● Define and develop: implement frameworks for measuring, reporting, analysing, andbenchmarking marketing results to enhance decision-making● Measuring and tracking progress: establish key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure the impact of product changes and track progress towards goals● Providing data-driven recommendations: use insights to provide recommendations forproduct improvements, feature prioritisation, and user experience enhancements● Supporting data-driven decision-making: play a crucial role in fostering a data-driven culture within the iterative output teamsFuture planning: Incorporate AI and ML models into data streams to create predictive analysis models, informing business decisions ahead of timeExperience required for the opportunity:● Ability to read and analyse data to make informed decisions - Strong knowledge andunderstanding of analytics software and user behaviour tools● Confident working background with data lakes such as BigQuery or Snowflake● Experience visualising data through tools such as PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau Proven experience with presenting comprehensive reports on data analysis findings andrecommendations● Experience in Python / SQL● Past experience of handling large complex data sets● Strong analytical skills with the ability to unify/collate data and analyse/interpret to ultimately define actions● Experience in Python / SQL to manage, transform and overlay models onto our dataPreferred Previous Experience● 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role - working with marketing data● Agency & client-facing background● Working experience with performance, development and user experience teams● Experience managing and mentoring other members of the team● Past working experience within an Agile environment with exposure to Agile frameworkssuch as Scrum/Kanban● Experience using agile / project management tools in Jira and Confluence● Great communication skills● Successful team collaborationApplying for the opportunity:If you feel you have the required skills to be considered for this opportunity and wish to apply, please forward an up-to-date version of your CV, and someone will contact you back within 48 hours.
