THE COMPANY:

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join their team. The agency works on a diverse range of projects, from auction systems to high-traffic e-commerce site, and big data applications. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving project success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
* Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to maximise client engagement and satisfaction.
* Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Problem Solving: Address and resolve and issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining a proactive approach to client service.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role, you need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in Account Management within a digital marketing, or technology focused environment. You should have a good understanding of application development and e-commerce landscapes along with excellent communication skills.
