Talent and Development Digital Curator - Hybrid The Talent and Development Digital Curator role is pivotal to the success of our People-First Culture. They are Turtle Bay champions, ambassadors of standards, inclusive by nature, and custodians of people's development. With natural energy and pace, they creatively adapt to ever-changing and evolving tasks with ease.Working closely with the T&D and Kitchen partners, they continuously use their curiosity to seek feedback from the Ops and restaurant team. They deliver industry-leading management training and support business and guest needs. They train and embed our Turtle Bay ways of working and One Love to ensure our purpose is met.The person supports the business in curating creative, user-focussed learning interventions aligned to business needs, driving capability and speed to competency.This role will also support the design and implementation of the digital learning strategy to drive capability and industry-leading blended learning. You’ll be invited to our annual Bay Rocks festival with lots of free cocktails, tasty street food and headline actsExclusive team discounts from hundreds of retailersLoyalty bonuses - £100 for every year you work with us!Enhanced maternity pay24-hour employee helplineWellbeing Champions to support our teamsLife insuranceWhat skills or experience should I have? · Strong knowledge of learning technology· Understands how to design and implement a blended learning offer, maximising effectiveness in driving capability/business outcomes.· Technical and digitally savvy; strong knowledge of learning technology and digital learning design across various content modalities and platform solutions.· Multi-media development software (authoring software, video creation tools, graphic design tools, etc.)· Experience with computer-based learning development software.· Experience creating audio/video assets using development software (Adobe Suite)· Knowledge of learning theories and methodologies· Strong content design skills include creating digital content, videos, course materials, etc.· Analytical skills and ability to use large data sets to inform plans.· Emotionally intelligent with a strong sense of self-awareness and self-management.· Strong communication and influencing skills.· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.Working Hours:The role is remotely based. You will be required to travel to sites as part of your role; approximately 6 0% of your working time is spent in your restaurants. We need to be visible on sites for our teams when they need us. Periodically, you may be required to visit the Support Centre for 1-2-1s, meetings, or team events.You are expected to work five days a week (occasionally, we may need an extra day here and there depending on business needs) and will sometimes be required to work evenings and weekends.)Your contracted hours of work are 48 hours per week.
