They are Turtle Bay champions, ambassadors of standards, inclusive by nature, and custodians of people's development. With natural energy and pace, they creatively adapt to ever-changing and evolving tasks with ease.Working closely with the T&D and Kitchen partners, they continuously use their curiosity to seek feedback from the Ops and restaurant team. They deliver industry-leading management training and support business and guest needs. They train and embed our Turtle Bay ways of working and One Love to ensure our purpose is met.The person supports the business in curating creative, user-focussed learning interventions aligned to business needs, driving capability and speed to competency.This role will also support the design and implementation of the digital learning strategy to drive capability and industry-leading blended learning. You will be required to travel to sites as part of your role; approximately 6 0% of your working time is spent in your restaurants. We need to be visible on sites for our teams when they need us. Periodically, you may be required to visit the Support Centre for 1-2-1s, meetings, or team events.You are expected to work five days a week (occasionally, we may need an extra day here and there depending on business needs) and will sometimes be required to work evenings and weekends.)Your contracted hours of work are 48 hours per week.
