You'll work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective digital strategies and solutions. Additionally, you'll analyse learning data to provide valuable insights and drive continuous improvement.You will:Serve as an ambassador for Training and Talent Development at Ocado Logistics.Contribute to strategic planning and designing of Training & Development initiatives across the organisation.Champion products, programs, and projects aligned with our Training & Development Strategy.Build training content to support digital learning product usage.Monitor and implement user experience updates across our product portfolio.Develop, maintain and manage our digital learning content library across multiple platformsTransform business requirements and learning needs into practical digital learning solutionsDrive user experience enhancements across our digital product portfolio, ensuring continuous optimization and usability.Construct robust reporting dashboards to deliver actionable insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making for stakeholders.Innovate and automate digital learning processes, exploring new technologies and methods to streamline operations and enhance learning outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive digital learning content library, utilizing agile principles to create engaging and impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.Advocate for a Product Mindset and Change Management.Collaborate with stakeholders to harness opportunities and drive successful product stages.Create, maintain, and manage digital learning content across various platforms.Transform business requirements into practical digital learning solutions using agile product design principles.Collaborate with stakeholders to build delivery plans and manage communication channels.Provide supervisory and coaching support, mentoring colleagues in the digital learning space.About you:Core Skills We Seek:Product Mindset:Listening to solve problems and using a product mindset in everything we do.Partnering: Working collaboratively across boundaries to solve problems together.Data Insights: Using data to guide decision-making and lead to great outcomes.In addition to these, you will have/be:Proficiency in Google workspace tools (Google Slides, etc.) or similar programs like Microsoft PowerPoint.Experience with digital learning authoring tools and learning management systems.Strong data analysis skills to build reporting dashboards for learning product insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven success in creating amazing end-user experiences and learning interfaces.Creative mindset with the ability to seek opportunities for maximising technology.Ability to coach others in adopting new software/learning tools.Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.A self-starter who requires minimum supervision.Desired Experience:Experience working within a large-scale corporate organisation, graphics and visuals experience using design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, etc.), proficiency in Adobe creative suite.What we offer you:An award winning recognition scheme: We celebrate our people and appreciate the incredible work they do each day.
