Position : Digital Learning Manager
Location : Ferham House, Kimberworth Road, Rotherham S61 1AJ
Contract type : Full time, 40 hours
Rate : £45,000 per annum
Join us as our new Digital Learning Manager in Rotherham.
As Digital Learning Manager, you’ll be responsible for our digital learning solutions, learning management systems (LMS) and the Academy Programme Management for Exemplar Health Care.
This role will ensure the Academy processes and user access for all digital learning solutions are optimised to support our colleagues to deliver outstanding standards of care.

About the role
As a Digital Learning Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll drive our learning culture with a passion for developing and delivering digital learning solutions whilst utilising your agile thinking and innovative approach.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
leading on the Learning Management System functionality and assess relevant digital learning and development solutions for use in the business
line managing the Academy office (2 x Training Coordinators) and delivering training administration support for all Academy programmes.
defining and executing the Academy LMS strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and organisational goals
leading cross-functional roles to design, develop, and launch features that enhance the learning experience, streamline administrative processes, and support instructional design
conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and commercial solutions to enhance our training portfolio
engaging with SME’s, trainers, learners, and administrators to gather feedback and incorporate user-centred design principles into our LMS development
collaborating with internal departments to promote a learning culture and improve internal customer satisfaction
monitoring LMS performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to prioritise content development and improve user engagements.
