About the role

Customer expectations have never been higher and digital learning enables our colleagues to manage these expectations by remaining engaged with our new products and services, and the new technology across our Stores, Logistics and Support Office areas.
You'll also create new learning content strategies and identifying tech opportunities to work more efficiently, helping provide an improved service to all learners
What you'll be doing:
You'll enhance the learning experience on existing platforms and evolve a 3 year plan, and lead a team and the thinking to ensure the high standard design and delivery of all digital learning content.
You will also:
Partner Stakeholders across the business on all learning tech requirements, as well as partnering our suppliers to help influence future roadmaps that deliver user and requirements Explore emerging technologies, including AI, and create a framework that will enhance the learning offer and user experience of the future Evaluate the effectiveness of the online offer through data and feedback mechanisms, that help inform user experience improvement opportunities and helps to shape the communication and engagement plan to grow increased engagement in learning Identify opportunities to lead workflow efficiencies and improve the user experience Lead a team of Digital Designers, coaching and performance leading them to be their best. Develop learning strategies (including blended, mobile and social) that inspire the delivery of robust and new learning solutions which engage and excite our audience What you'll need to have:
People Leadership experience including, proficient in performance leadership, care, coaching and developing others High level of expertise in learning technologies from LMS through to LXP High level of expertise in Microsoft 365 Experience authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and proficient in the use of graphics, animation, interactions and audio and video learning Experience in building strategies for learning content creation proficient data analysis skills Excellent project management skills to be able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong external networker, bringing in external insights and new ideas Boots / Retail / CPG experience with a passion for customer / consumer Budget management.
