Shift Details: Usual working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
Location: Remote working with occasional travel to Group Support Centre in Northampton as per the business needs.

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as the Digital Learning Developer.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Digital Learning Developer will be to champion the use of technology in learning. You will work with the wider L&D team and organisational subject matter experts (SME) on a variety of topics, providing expert advice in designing online materials, and creating digital and blended learning interventions.
Other responsibilities include:
Work with Subject Matter Experts and various stakeholders to lead the storyboarding process for digital learning interventions.
Ensure that all modules follow good learning theory, challenge and meet a range of learning styles, and are engaging and professional.
Support colleagues in their responsibility for materials management in a range of topic areas.
Design and deliver IT skills workshops on core business systems and applications.
We will be looking to hold interviews for this role on Thursday 25th April.

Diploma in e-Learning or equivalent experience or equivalent (essential)
Degree in a multimedia design technology or equivalent (desirable)
Good relationship management and rapport skills.
