The role will work very closely with field operations, clinical, academy and procurement teams.We offer a competitive package and all the opportunities you need to excel in your role and grow the career that is right for you:Salary DOEAnnual leave entitlement rising to a maximum of 27 days (plus bank holidays) per annum with serviceAnnual company bonus schemeLife assuranceHealth and wellbeing benefits Access to discounts at hundreds of high-street retailersRecognition for going the extra mile and for loyalty through serviceAs a Digital Labs Manager, your role will include:PatientsDeliver improvement in patient outcomes by developing clear and transparent consumer centric product offerings on all clinical treatmentsSupport delivery of an improved patient experience through shorter appointment times, fewer appointments and less remakesPeopleEngaging clinicians and practice teams on the benefits of transitioning to digital workflowBuilding consensus with the clinical team/CDA network on the sequencing of which workflows to prioritise and how to best engage the clinical workforceWorking with the Academy team and lab partners to deliver appropriate training to support the transition to digital workflows for both clinicians and practice support teamsAssessment and design of the appropriate operational model to support in practice digital workflow Education on lab bills as a ratio of patient price point to ensure optimised margin delivery for clinicians and field teamsPerformanceDelivering productivity benefits through transition of analogue to digital workflow i.e fewer appointments and shorter appointment timeDriving commercial benefits through consolidation of the lab network i.e more volume through fewer labs enhancing pricing and rebatesProcessAssessment of the lab market place to identify the right strategic partners developing relationships with DSOs domestically and internationally to validate learnings/outcomesDevelop clear reporting on digital lab usage including pricing, clinical indication and turnaround times Hold regular reviews with strategic partners to ensure quality and SLAs and within contractual specificationsAs a Digital Lab Manager, you will need:Credible leader with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills Significant experience in the dental lab sector with knowledge of manufacturing processesExperience with intra oral scanners essentialExperience working with clinicians and influencing change in workflowsExperience within large, complex, multi-site organisationsExperience of working in a regulated environment desirableAbility to drive and embed changeAs part of {my}dentist, youll be joining the UKs leading provider of dentistry, which supports more than 4 million patients each year to get access to the care they need.
