Our goal is also to be truly reflective of the makeup of society and we actively welcome difference.About the roleThe purpose of the Digital Inclusion Delivery team is to grow and strengthen the National Digital Inclusion Network – a network of community organisations – and ensure that they, and the people they work with, benefit from the resources, services and support we offer to help those who are digitally excluded.You will provide strong customer support for members of the National Digital Inclusion Network, including managing inbound enquiries across all of our services – the National Databank, the National Device Bank and Learn My Way.You will have excellent interpersonal skills and you will inspire and support network members to engage with Good Things Foundation and to develop their capacity to deliver digital inclusion in their communities.You will be a motivated, effective and collaborative individual, with excellent IT, organisational and administrative skills.You will be committed to ensuring the best possible end-to-end experience for our network members and the people they support.You will be passionate about building a movement to fix the digital divide, and curious; looking at the data and gathering insights and stories from network members, sharing these internally with your ideas about how to improve our services .
This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with the possibility of a further 6 month extension.
Location Sheffield£23,400 with increase to £24,450 on successful completion of probation. Type of Contract Full Time Hours 37.5 hours per week- All employees with contracts of six months or more are invited to be a Member of the Good Things Foundation Staff Owned Mutual.
