They are a dynamic and hugely aspiring team focused on executing our digital distribution strategy, and are the cornerstone to us achieving our digital trading ambitions. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior exposure to digital insurance distribution who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.As a digital relationship manager, you will play an integral role within this cross functional team. supporting the management and development of relationships with our digital trading partners. Working closely with the digital development manager, you will contribute to enhancing our online presence and increasing business acquisition through digital channels.About the role
Assist in nurturing and maintaining relationships with our digital partners and platforms throughout the lifecycle of engagement.
Conduct regular assessments with partners to assess engagement levels and broker experience. Collaborate with partners to enhance product placement and positioning to drive better results.
Proactively address partner concerns and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
Work with our data analyst in assessing partner performance data to improve the volume and quality of business flowing to CFC through digital distribution channels.
Prepare regular reports of progress to internal and external stakeholders using performance metrics.
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the digital insurance distribution landscape and market.
About youThe ideal candidate will previous relationship management experience in insurance and an understanding of the digital distribution landscape. To ensure we are providing the best service possible to our brokers, you will have a strong track record of managing relationships and improving partner performance.Stakeholder management is crucial to this role, and you will be comfortable working and developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholder groups both internally and externally. The ability to grasp new systems ,concepts and processes quickly will be key, as you will need to learn basic technical skills in connecting to APIs to confidently discuss technical terms.We are looking for driven, self-starters with a strong work ethic, who can contribute to a fast-paced working environment whilst keeping an excellent attention to detail. You will be expected to work at a high pace and intensity that underpins the successful framework of the CFC business to support our ambitious growth plans. Core Values
