Our client portfolio includes well-known brands such as Topps Tiles, Oliver Bonas, RHS, and Agent Provocateur with many more clients across various sectors including Fashion, Homeware, Luxury, Gifting, Outdoors, Food and Charity.The opportunityWe are looking for an Experienced Mid Level Designer with knowledge of working with e-commerce websites. You will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing Design team, bringing your experience in creating consistent, well-considered UX/UI.You should have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working with and contributing to our design system. You will work on full website designs for new clients, while also helping discover opportunities and define the strategy and objectives for existing clients, bringing to the table impactful solutions to improve the e-commerce experiences of our customers. You'll be collaborating with UI/UX designers, UX researchers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.As an Experienced Mid Level Designer you will:Understand, apply and advocate UX standards and patterns by working closely with the client and other designersBrainstorm and present ideas both internally and to our clientsKnow how to interpret the insights gained from existing and new research, and know how to apply these to a projectWork on user flows, wireframes and prototypesParticipate in design workshops and meetings to present your work, both internally and to client stakeholdersConduct competitor analysis and report on areas of improvement by using analytics and design rationaleCollaborate with other teams and specialisms, for example Developers and Business AnalystsContribute to the overall account strategy and relationshipDesign accessible websites for users with a variety of needs and abilitiesSkills and experienceProven experience at Mid level of working with e-commerce websites (agency background is preferable)Solid experience in sketching, wireframing, prototyping and creating user flows to visualise and communicate ideasKnowledge of working with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Optimise)Confident in presenting designs and solutions to clients and the wider Tom&Co teamExperience in running workshops with clients to understand the problem and generate solutionsAbility to work on multiple projects at the same time, with a variety of different outputsAbility to estimate time and prioritise workload to hit tight deadlinesAbility to help shape and interpret briefsExpert knowledge of FigmaLocationWe have fully embraced the flexibility of remote work, with team members required to come into our stylish office near Tower Bridge twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.What’s In It For YouYou will be part of an ambitious agency, experiencing rapid growth.
