Job Description
FPGA/ASIC Engineer – Cambridge - £60,000 pa - £80,000 pa
An world leading Electronics R&D company are looking for an FPGA/ASIC Engineer to join their team developing next
technology used in the consumer & video/imaging industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop digital designs for custom IC integration
Write Verilog and SystemVerilog code for simulation and test
Create FPGA designs
Validate and test new designs
Key Skills/Experience:
Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline
RTL coding using Verilog/SystemVerilog
FPGA/ASIC Design & Verification
Network interfaces & protocols
Good knowledge of circuit diagrams & schematics
Any mix of the following is nice to have:
Testing, scripting, CI/CD automation
Python
Embedded firmware
CPU architecture
