Join a leading energy service company based in Dyce as a Digital Delivery Analyst. Develop Power Apps, act as point of reference for all of the companies UK digital delivery, work closely with business stakeholders and manage projects from inception to completion.
You will support the delivery of the local digital programme and associated projects and provide analysis and project management capability across the IT Department.Main duties and responsibilitiesDevelopment of Digital AppsSupporting the implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy within the UK Organisation, ensuring UK product line service effectiveness, accuracy, and productivity.Developing new Power Apps in support of business unit or function requirements.Being the point of reference for all of the company’s UK digital delivery.Providing delivery support to engage with and enrol all necessary product line/functional team members within the business to deliver the required digital change and its associated projects.Providing delivery support to communicate plans, objectives, and outcome with various management levels.Business Analysis and Project ManagementWorking with business stakeholders to capture new digital opportunities for delivery.Assessing business needs and translate into project proposals including scope, milestone, and resource plans.Developing business cases to demonstrate viability of a proposed digital initiative.Assisting in the demonstration of technology or software under consideration to enrol and induct project stakeholders, including funding authorities.Assisting in the documentation, user training and configuration of technology or software under consideration.Setting up project plans together with business owners and according to company delivery standards.Executing projects with clear, efficient, and logical work approaches for self and others and in line with the defined Digital Governance models.Managing the team members and team related tasks to achieve project goals.Business Change ManagementEvaluating and analysing change requests/new initiatives from the business and assessing impact on people, process, and technology.Deploying tools and techniques to support the adoption, embedding and sustainability of new digital solutions into the business.Supporting end-users gain the most benefit from their day-to-day functional use of newly deployed digital solutions.Assessing business understanding, usage and readiness.Developing user manuals / training materials.Providing training sessions.Answering questions regarding the available functionality and the use of digital tools and new processes.Application TestingTesting new releases of digital systems and applications according to applicable procedures and tools.Applying and developing use of standard tools, scripts and data sets for repeatable testing.HSEQBeing aware of and understanding your HSEQ responsibilities relevant to your role.Working in partnership with HSEQ on any HSEQ matters.Working in accordance with your departmental HSEQ Service Level AgreementUnderstanding and adhering to the safer together behaviours.Applicants to this role require Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Good experience with Microsoft Power Platform.Development of Power Apps.Understanding of Power Platform.Experience of Power BI.Previous delivery experience in multiple projects as a business analyst.Previous experience managing small projects.Work with colleagues/3rd parties to deliver project or workstream activities.TMM Recruitment INDITEmail:#####
