Our Insurance practice works with the leadingInsurers and Distributors across strategic advisory projects right through tobusiness and technical change delivery. We are at the cutting edge of theindustry and the wider ecosystem, helping our clients improve theirprofitability, navigate regulatory change and implement new technologysolutions.
What will you be doing? Working with leading Insurers and Distributorsto design and deliver solutions to their most critical technology challengesacross Digital, Data and Technology:Helping Insurers with large transformation including legacy technology application replacement across Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Finance and other Shared ServicesData strategy definition and delivery of data solutionsDigital and customer front end design and transformationLeading Programme Scrum teams efficiently managing delivery of workstreams and raising risks to delivery within larger transformation programmesGathering client requirements and prioritisation of backlogs to deliver best returns for clientsSupporting business case development and presenting back to senior client stakeholders Your skills and experience Weare looking for people who can bring their own ideas and perspectives based onprevious experience to develop innovative solutions and deliver solutions withour clients and share in combined success.Experience of working on a minimum of one large scale transformation / technology application upgrade within insurance with a track record of delivering changeKnowledge of the technology landscape including the main COTS policy and claims platforms alongside InsurTech players relevant to the industryStrong Business Analyst skills with experience of requirement gathering using different methodologiesA desire to learn and grow own skills in supporting Insurers to deliver their Digital, Data and Technology AgendaStrong understanding of how general insurance businesses operate and the key processes within themStrong communication and presenting skillsAn interest in helping to build and develop our capabilities, thought leadership and offeringsProven experience of project and programme delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Bi-modal etc) Proven experience in business engagement and business stakeholder managementExperience of working in a multi-vendor and multi stakeholder environment What a career at Baringa will give you
