This platform provides essential support, information, and guidance to effectively protect against and prepare for the event of a terrorist attack. Job Requirements: We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in communications or a related discipline in a digital environment. You will have excellent writing skills, an understanding of communications strategies, and the ability to create engaging content. Your responsibilities will include planning, developing, and implementing communications activities, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to produce high-quality content. Roles and Responsibilities:Lead all administrative requirements to support the delivery of high-standard communications contentCollaborate with partners and stakeholders to produce effective communications productsProvide advice and support on evaluation and insight to improve future contentEnsure all CTP products meet the highest standards and adhere to shared commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, and EqualitySupport wider CT Protect and Prepare delivery efforts and crisis response during national CT major incidentsEssential Skills (Professional and Technical):Minimum 2 years of experience working on communications projectsUnderstanding of digital communications and their effective useAwareness of audience insight and research in planning communications activitiesExperience producing high-quality content for various audiences and formatsAbility to plan ahead, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlinesEnthusiasm for self-improvement and contributing to team initiativesWillingness to work flexibly and support others in times of crisisDesirable Skills:Interest in the application of behavioral science to communicationsAwareness of analytical tools and data usage for improving communicationsManagement Skills:Consideration for the welfare of colleagues and setting a positive exampleAbility to plan, prioritise, and respond to changing prioritiesConveying positivity and enthusiasm in meeting challengesStrong organisational skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholdersWillingness to seek advice and participate in out-of-hours work if neededIf you are passionate about contributing to national security and possess the necessary skills and clearance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at CTPHQ.
