Job Description
The Change Partners are currently partnered with an Iconic Consumer Electronics Brand who are hiring a Digital Content Manager.
The Digital Content Manager will oversee digital asset/content production that will be delivered to retailers, operators and wider retail partners through go to market channels.
This role will:
Project Manage digital asset and content strategy & delivery for online go to market channels.
Support on activations including strategy, oversight of delivery and reporting.
Work with operators such as BT or Vodafone as well as Retailers such as Curry's to deliver assets.
Partner with several layers and sizes of teams internally and externally, including agencies.
Deliver deep-dive analysis to deliver strong market research to provide insight in to future content strategy.
Project manage multiple project types from 1-2 weeks through to 1-2 years that can be rolled out Globally.
Partner with online customer experience and journey teams on how content lands with consumers.
Reporting to senior leadership on performance of asset delivery.
Your background:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Content Management (ideally video) delivery within a DTC Online/eComemrce environment.
Strong project management experience, being able to work through large, corporate experience, navigating through international teams and multiple levels & layers of stakeholders.
Understands assets and content end to end journey from delivery through to the consumer interface experience.
