Our client is seeking a Digital Communications Manager to join their team within a Central Government Body with the Public Sector. This is a hybrid position of 3 days In the Office in the Glasgow area which means you do not have to travel so much so you will be able to save time and money.

The Digital Communications Manager will be responsible for transforming their approach to engaging with users, Partners, prospective Partner, and senior leaders. The yare looking for someone who is creative and bold and not afraid to develop new and creative approaches to storytelling, ensuring that they are continually testing and learning and increasing the impact of their messages across their channels and beyond.

Essential skills and experience

• managing the delivery and evaluation of high profile and effective digital communication strategies for a digital platform or capability. content team.
• managing digital content team, effectively managing resources under pressure to deliver multiple competing projects on time.
• track record in making strategic decisions based on strong analytical skills, using data and content performance to improve communications approaches with a commitment to continual improvement via a 'test, learn and iterate' approach.
• leading teams to perform at their best, developing their skills and helping them to grow and innovate with proven ability to build and maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive work culture.

Desirable skills and experience

• you will be familiar with achieving delivery in a large, regulated body, e.g., Government, Insurance, Banking, etc.
• you will be used to working in agile environment and interacting with other teams including product, delivery, and/or third-party suppliers
