This is a fantastic opportunity to join a performance marketing agency with offices in Lancashire and Manchester as their new Business Development Manager. They are looking for someone with proven experience and knowledge of bespoke digital marketing who will develop sales opportunities with target organisations. The agency are well-established, with an almost entirely retained client base, and they are looking to build on their success by securing new clients and continuing the growth and momentum throughout 2024. They're a great bunch of people, super down to earth and passionate about the work they produce for their clients!
The role as Business Development Manager:
Sales outreach is crucial- to targeted individuals (email, calls, LinkedIn etc)
Sales opportunity/pitch management and delivery
CRM enrichment (HubSpot)
Working closely with the marketing team to join up activity – you will be supported by solid, always-on marketing communications and events
On the day contributing to leading agency events (usually quarterly)
Networking and representing the agency at third party events
