With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:As part of the growth of the Arcadis Digital Advisory team; there is a need for Senior Consultants to lead on the delivery of digital projects and programmes and support the development of the Digital Asset and Buildings Advisory team. This role is a delivery and client facing role with responsibility for managing the delivery of project workstreams, supporting the growth of the Digital Asset and Buildings Advisory micro-franchise, and supporting the pursuit of digital advisory opportunities.Consultant role is to demonstrate the ability, under supervisory guidance, to: Independently deliver client outcomes and quality of life through service excellence across multiple capability areas in challenging and risky environmentsSupport the development of insights and solutions, innovate our service offering through new ideas with clients and within ArcadisLeads initiatives that relates to improving diversity and inclusion and well-beingActively supports Community / Non-project initiatives that positively impact the team’s ability to retain and attract top talentRole accountabilities:ProjectPlan and carry out assigned project work under the guidance of senior colleagues to deliver defined project outcomesSets standards and provides assurance for delivery and quality across key commissions. Build robust relationships with client team members at peer level                   Demonstrates the ability to influence client outcomes Consistently manages team members effectively and coaches/mentors consultants and/or peersSalesSpecify and carry out research within client organisations and externally to identify and collect relevant data and information to inform the Digital Asset Advisory client engagement planStructure and perform analyses of data and other information to uncover insights that will inform the development of sales proposals and the design of Digital Asset Advisory solutionsPrepare reports and presentations that can be incorporated into sales proposals and client presentationsPresent the outcomes of analyses at team and client meetings to ensure that the insights gained are clearly communicated and propose ways in which these may be leveraged to add valueAbility to support the initial sales process, identify and land farming opportunitiesDigital Asset Advisory CapabilityFurther develop understanding of the services delivered by the Digital Asset Advisory micro-franchise, Arcadis and of client businesses to enable personal performance improvement and career developmentLeads Digital Asset Advisory micro-franchise initiatives that impacts the business and/or client, largely independentlyDesign, lead and deliver small complex value propositions within Digital Asset Advisory to a high quality from specific needs to completionQualifications & Experience:Time served experience in analysis of organisation technology and information management landscape to scope and set digital strategies, roadmaps, investment plans, etc to support the delivery of business improvement and outcomes (Essential)Experience with delivering digital transformation projects/improvements with enterprise systems in the asset management or facilities management space, e.g. EAM, CAFM, Analytics solutions (Essential)Knowledge and experience in the management of information for asset and facilities management. (i.e. ISO 19650) (Preferable)Knowledge of asset management (ISO 55000) or facilities management practices (BESA, SFG20) (Preferable) Advanced proficiency in desktop applications (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint) to deliver high quality outputs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Essential)Excellent time management skills (Essential)Effective consulting skills including project management, client relationship management at middle-management level (Preferable)Experience in managing successful project teams and building inclusive and engaged environment.  Expertise/experience in one or more Arcadis relevant industry sectors such as utilities, infrastructure, buildings, defence, environment etc (Preferable)Experience in developing robust client relationships and influencing client behaviours (Preferable)Experience in supporting client development and sales growth via farming, writing proposals, bid support/management etc (Preferable)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant disciplineWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
