Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate with a focus on content creation. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand identity, marketing goals, and customer engagement objectives.
Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels, including our website, blog, social media platforms, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
Collaborate with the McQueens Flowers partners to generate ideas for new content that promotes our products and services in an innovative way.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to understand its impact on our target audience and adjust strategies as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology to continuously improve our content efforts.
Assist in managing social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and engaging with our community.
Work closely with the design team to ensure that all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Visual Arts or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related area, preferably in an e-commerce or startup environment.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content (articles, blog posts, social media content, etc.).
Experience with SEO principles and practices to maximize content reach and engagement.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
