Digital Analyst

Salary: Up to £60k

Location: London or Macnhester - Hybrid

Data Idols is working with an advancing company disrupting the automotive industry. They are looking for an innovative candidate who is burning with curiosity to join their growing team as a Digital Analyst.

The Opportunity

As a Digital Analyst, you will be working alongside the Decision Intelligence Team to deliver insights and reports on the User Journey and find solutions to help improve customer interaction.

In this exciting role, you will be involved in implementing tags on the company's digital platforms in order to understand customer activity. You will be involved in all aspects of the implementation process, from planning and execution to maintaining and reporting to internal decision-makers and external stakeholders.

You will be using data analytics methodologies to analyse patterns, trends, and connections to help stakeholders understand why certain activities happen and what they can do to help prevent risk in the future.

Skills and Experience

Experience in implementing tags using a TMS preferably Adobe Launch
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe technolgies
Data Visualisation technologies such as Power BI, Looker and Tableau
Stakeholder Management
