The Role

What you’ll be doing
The purpose of the role is to provide commercially focussed web insight and MI to key Stakeholders and teams within easyJet – both for the easyJet and easyJet Holidays brands.
A specific part of this role will be to help the business to get greater insights into the digital behaviours of our customers across all markets and work with other data teams to develop propositions and build solutions to drive incremental revenue.
In addition to this, this role will work closely with the CRO team to build and evolve a test and learn cycle by proactively providing analysis on our customers behaviour on the website and identifying opportunities for testing to drive incremental revenue.
You will be required to efficiently create and deliver reports to senior Stakeholders, supporting internal teams by converting the data into actionable insight to aid decision making in the business.
What you will need to do this role
Technically we need you to have strong experience in Web Analytics packages (i.e. Google Analytics 360/GA4), dashboard presenting platforms (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker) and experience of multiple MVTs, A/B, and Analytics tools (e.g. Google Optimize, Optimizely) and methodologies such as calculation of sample size, duration of test, hypothesis setting & testing and statistical significance. You will also have solid knowledge of Big Query/SQL and knowledge of a programming language such as Python/R is a plus
You will have a commercial mindset supported by exceptional problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
This role also requires someone who can build relationships with the internal and external stakeholders and is comfortable working with ambiguity and able to prioritise workloads to support changing priorities.
