You'll be looking after multiple projects utilising your expertise in in building GA4 and GTM, delivering complex digital data insights in simple terms to senior clients and stakeholders to optimise customer journey and website performance. This is a great opportunity to work for a business with well-being policies, flexible working and an incredible social and fun working environment.Work in depth with Google Tag Manager across agency ecommerce websitesDeploy Google Analytics 4 ensuring all events and relevant trackingDeploy Google Ads, Bing UET tags, Facebook CAPI, Pinterest Pixels and Tik Tok pixels across agency ecommerce websites.Identify issues and opportunities within ecommerce checkout processes to enhance ads performance overallAnalyse client's brand's website data and proposed the next steps and phases to accelerate ads performance using data informed decisionsCreate self-serve reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and Lookerstudio using SupermetricsOptimise tracking and tagging plans from GTM and optimise customer journeysSkills/ ExperienceGood proficiency with Google Tag Manager and GA4Strong analytical experience and commercial acumenAbility to interpret data and make data-driven recommendationsProven ability to work with SQL/BigQuery, writing complex queries to extract dataExperienced Analyst with a background working with large data sets in
digital/web/ecom/marketing/CRO/customer
etcAbility to build insightful visualisations and dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI etc.Knowledge of Google Ads API would be desirableIdeally from an agency backgroundThis agency really look after employees and have a big focus on work/life balance.
