Job DescriptionWe're a digital agency on an exciting and transformational journey for both our employees and clients and are looking for a commercially minded Digital Analyst to join our London based team.As we manage the digital real estate for a vast array of clients you will have the opportunity to work on a range of different tasks working within a multi-disciplined global team. Responsibilities will include:Gain a deep understanding of the data and metrics required to help define and measure successful web and digital experience strategies and media performance.Support internal initiatives and work closely with Product Leads in developing and supporting our proprietary data tools.Define and implement measurement protocols for our clients.Perform site and implementation audits of Google Analytics accounts.Account configuration across web analytics, particularly Google Analytics (360/GA4) and media analytics platform.Work with digital marketing and content specialists to help define reporting frameworks and tagging strategies that align with client objectives.Dashboard design and automation to visualise KPI performance for trend spotting and optimisations.Create implementation requirement documents for clients, onsite (Data Layer specifications) .Maintain and deploy tags with Google Tag Manager at best practice levels.Visualise the data via different platforms (Google Data Studio preferred)Quick debugging of websites.Implement custom variables in GTM.Data visualisation via different platforms (Google Data Studio preferred).The Successful CandidateIdeally a marketing or creative & media agency background, however, we're open to all backgrounds.Analytic whilst being commercially minded, with high level of emotional intelligence to match.A proactive self-starter, working closely with the department lead and resource teams to drive efficiencies.Adaptable, working with integrated teams and comfortable presenting to and leading clients.In-tune and highly skilled in analytics tools, GA, Google Tag manager & Google Data Studio and APIs.Able to perform site and implementation audits of GA accounts and provide concise and insightful reports to clients.Collaborative in developing in line with client objectives.Data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation.A thorough understanding of digital marketing from media optimisation to SEO and Paid searchIn return, you will join a talented and welcoming global team and will be entitled to all company benefits and perks.
