Job DescriptionJob Title: Digital Advertising Operations ExecutivePosition Overview:My client is seeking a motivated Digital Advertising Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team in London. Reporting to the Ad Ops Lead, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for various clients across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include media tagging implementation, client dashboard setup, managing relationships with external partners, and staying updated on industry developments. This position offers an opportunity to work with both UK and US clients within the entertainment industry.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Insights/Analytics team to implement client dashboards and ensure their functionality.Establish and maintain relationships with external trafficking teams, overseeing deliverables and quality assurance.Keep abreast of digital ecosystem developments and their implications for clients.Gain proficiency across all platforms within the paid media stack.Lead implementation of tagging across the digital media team.Manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media and ad operations.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Experience with project management and implementing new procedures.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical concepts in layman's terms.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and intermediate functions.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage expectations and meet deadlines effectively.Desired Skills:Familiarity with HTML and basic understanding of JavaScript.If you are passionate about digital advertising and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
